提单的正面内容(三)

　　① 装船(或收货)条款。如：“Shipped in board the vessel named above in apparent good order and condition

　　(unless otherwise indicated) the goods or packages specified herein and to be

　　discharged at the above mentioned port of discharge or as near thereto as the

　　vessel may safely get and be always afloat.”(上列外表状况良好的货物或包装(除另有说明者外)已装在上述指名船只，并应在上列卸货港或该船能安全到达并保持浮泊的附近地点卸货)。

　　② 内容不知悉条款。如：“The weight, measure, marks, numbers, quality, contents and value, being

　　particulars furnished by the Shipper, are not checked by the Carrier on loading.”(重量、尺码、标志、号数、品质、内容和价值是托运人所提供的，承运人在装船时并未核对)。

　　③ 承认接受条款。如：“The Shipper, Consignee and the Holder of this Bill of Lading hereby expressly

　　accept and agree to all printed, written or stamped provisions, exceptions and

　　conditions of this Bill of Lading, including those on the back hereof.”(托运人、收货人和本提单持有人兹明白表示接受并同意本提单和它背面所载一切印刷、书写或打印的规定、免责事项条件)。

　　④ 签署条款。如：“In witness whereof, the Carrier or his Agents has signed Bills of Lading all of this

　　tenor and date, one of which being accomplished, the others to stand void.

　　Shippers

　　are requested to note particularly the exceptions and conditions of this Bill

　　of Lading

　　with reference to the validity of the insurance upon their goods. (为证明以上各项，承运人或其代理人已签署各份内容和日期一样的正本提单，其中一份如果已完成提货手续，其余各份均告失效。要求发货人特别注意本提单中关于该货保险效力的免责事项和条件)。
